Grief Yoga (Trauma Release) With Sarah (Online Via Zoom- Invite to Follow!)

Location: Online Via Zoom

Come join Sarah for a session of Grief Yoga focused on trauma release. This event will be held online via Zoom, so you can participate from the comfort of your own space. Let Sarah guide you through gentle movements and breathing exercises to help you release emotional tension and find peace. We can't wait to practice with you!

*Registration for classes ends 48 hours before the start date to give Yogis time to prepare for the number of students.

*If only 1 person registers for a class, you may be placed into a class with more attendance (mutually compatible with your schedule). Your Instructor will notify you if this is the case.

*If this is an online class, you will receive a zoom link invite after registration.

*Students must sign the waiver form before the start of class. This waiver form will be delivered to your email or given to you personally for an in person class.
