Mixed Ability Pilates

This is a new 4 Pilates course starting Monday 22nd June at 7am in Hoole.
The class is aimed to start your week feeling good, strong and calm. 🥳💪🧘♀️
Within the course, we will practice a series of low impact exercises aimed to:
- strengthen your muscles helping you to become more toned and stronger
- improve your spine health through improving your spine flexibility and your core strength
- improve your pelvic floor muscles
- release feelings of tension from your body through stretching and focus on breathwork
- become more flexible allowing you to move more easily and lightly.
Within the class, you we will use resistance bands and small balls. I offer different levels of difficulty within the class. For more information or to book on (bookings must be made in advance of the class), please contact me laurakilfoyle27@gmail,com / 07932 089 628.
