About this Event

Join us for our Tier 2 Suicide Awareness Training, an advanced session designed to build on your existing knowledge and provide support effectivly.

This training is part of the Targeted Suicide Prevention Programme, delivered by If U Care Share Foundation in partnership with Durham County Council. Our goal is to empower communities with the knowledge and confidence to make a difference.

Ideal for: Professionals and community members who want to deepen their understanding and response skills.

This half-day, in-person workshop builds on Tier 1 content with a more detailed exploration of suicide risk and how to have supportive conversations.

Participants will be introduced to safety planning and learn how to respond effectively in crisis situations, including how to refer individuals to appropriate support services.

  • Includes practical guidance


This training is exclusively available to individuals who live, work, or provide services within the Durham County Council catchment area. If you do not meet this criterion, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with registration. This ensures the training reaches those it is intended to support within the local community.
