Join professional comic artist, children’s book illustrator, and educator Ali Cantarella for a special one-day comic book class at the Dunn Museum in Libertyville.
Students will learn the fundamentals of pacing, panels, dialogue and character design. They'll leave with a comic page of their own creation, and the tools to continue creating comics and graphic novels at home.
All supplies provided. Open to artists of all abilities, ages 13 and up. Registration fee also includes admission to the 𝘈𝘭𝘦𝘹 𝘙𝘰𝘴𝘴: 𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘝𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴 ticketed exhibition.
