🌀 Mindful Mondays for TeachersA Monthly Self-Care + CEU Series for Educators
👩‍🏫 Mindful Mondays is a restorative space for teachers to learn and embody mindfulness—so they can carry it into the classroom simply by being present. Each class we will learn a new technique, practice it, and take home supplies to apply it in classrooms.
