Join us under the spell of the full moon for a mystical and empowering evening of movement, stillness, and transformation. This special All Hollow’s Eve workshop is designed to help you build strength, courage, and focus as you explore the magic of arm balances and inversions in a supportive, playful space.
We’ll begin with a soothing 15-minute sound bath to calm the nervous system and set intentions, followed by a 20-minute Moon Salutation flow to warm the body and tap into lunar energy. Then, we’ll break down a progression of poses—baby crow, crow, side crow, and tripod to headstand—with clear steps tailored to all levels.
We’ll close with 20 minutes of Sound Bath Savasana and Group Reiki to ground, integrate, and restore.
