Relax, unwind and start your week with a moment of mindfulness. Join us every other Monday at 6pm for a calming practice led by meditation enthusiast and mental health mentor Kayden Barker.
Mindfulness practice is about being fully present in the moment, which has profound benefits for our mental health and overall wellness. Each week, we’ll explore different mindfulness practices, including breath work, deep body relaxation, guided imagery, and more to help you release stress and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you're new to mindfulness or have some experience, you’ll find a welcoming space to unwind, have some hot tea, and leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the week.
