Join us for a rejuvenating breathwork and sound bowl session, designed to help you relax and unwind before the holiday season begins. Take this opportunity to reconnect with yourself and release any built-up tension before reuniting with family. This group session guided by certified breathwork facilitator Shannon of Intuit Women’s Wellness, will include Intuit transformational breathwork, guided meditation, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls to help you achieve a deep state of relaxation and calm. Allow yourself to let go of stress and worries and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Perfect for beginners, as well as anyone with experience.

-Yoga mat / exercise mat (breathwork takes place on the floor)
- light blanket and sweater
-small pillow for under knees
-Journal + pen
- Advised to not eat 1hour prior to session
