This practice helps you connect to yourself and your breath. By showing up and sitting, you may feel more ease, more focus, and a steadier sense of calm.

This session uses the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls not as background sound, but as your anchor, something concrete to return your attention to, the way breath is traditionally used.
This isn't a one-time fix. It's a practice built through repetition, and Jack is here to support you through that journey, for as long as it takes to make it your own.
