We will meet near the play area, then we will walk past the river to the rocks & do our Mindfulness meditation there.
What to bring:
Water, warm clothes, doggy essentials if you bring your furr kid, and intention for your practice.
Please note that there are no bathrooms at this park. So stop on your way to the park if needed.
