This 200 hour Vinyasa Teacher Training is internationally recognized with Yoga Alliance and will run from July - November 2023 all hosted in person in Blairgowrie as well as live over zoom. Everything will be recorded for you to catch up in your own time or to come back to.
We will cover:

• Asana breakdown (postures)
• Pranayama (breath work)
• Meditation
• Mudra + Bandhas
• Anatomy
• Teaching Methodologies
• Sequencing
• Adjustments
• Inclusivity
• The Business of Yoga
• Finding your voice
And so much more!
The training includes 3 evening classes Monday - Wednesday 17.45- 18.45 led by Tegan as well as some incredible guest teachers. As well as a full weekend of lectures, workshops and connecting to your teacher training community once a month.
Upon completion of this teacher training you will be fully equipped with all of the skills to lead safe and well considered classes with confidence and ease. Your own personal practice will grow leaps and bounds as you will have Tegan as your personal mentor throughout this experience.
Your fees include all yoga classes, lectures, your manual and a textbook - no additional costs.
Pay in full R23 000 or pay off monthly for R26 000, which can be paid off from now until completion of the training.
BIPOC and Student rates are R20 000.
This teacher training will empower you in your body and your mind, as well as nurture you as a student and a teacher.
You don’t have to have years of yoga behind you, if it feels like the right time in your life - it probably is. This teacher training is for anyone wanting to learn more about this incredible practice and for those wanting to go on an share it with others.
