Mindfulness and Heritage in Chinese Calligraphy Art

Join Carry Hornby FRSA to explore the ‘Four Treasures’ of calligraphy: brush, ink, stone and Xuan paper. This session examines how ancient calligraphic wisdom fosters mindfulness and preserves cultural heritage in the modern world. The format includes an artist talk followed by a live demonstration and facilitated networking.
