About this Event
This is a yoga/writing/walking retreat for adult women.
9:30-10:15AM--Participants arrive at the main entrance of Gumwood Wilderness Park,
Find our check-in a table Please make sure you bring a journal and a yoga mat, dress in layers, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, bring water.
10:15 to 11:00AM--Participants will introduce ourselves and present the plan for the day.
11:00 to Noon--Mindful walk toward the lower pond Noon to 12:30— a box lunch will be delivered, 12:30 to 1:00—2nd writing exercise at the picnic tables. 1:00 to 1:45—optional opportunity to share what we've written 1:45 to 2:00pm—closing yoga meditation.

Start the day with easy yoga to awaken your body/mind, make new friends, explore the beauty of wilderness in Redondo Beach, and eat delicious food. Together we will use writing, yoga and meditation to access the healing balm of your wise writer self and activate your imagination. Writing can be meaningful and healing. Enhanced by yoga in a beautiful environment, you will experience a unique way to receive your inner knowing.
