Mindful Nature Journaling Hike / Brooklyn Bridge Park (Brooklyn)
About this Event
From the Brooklyn Promenade we'll descend through the tree canopy into Brooklyn Bridge Park where we'll explore the many paths and alcoves nestled in this lushly designed landscape. This will be an earlier than usual start time due to the popularity of this park.
We'll enter at the north end of the park and hike for 45 minutes, pause for a 5 minute guided meditation, journal for 20-30 minutes (write, notate, or sketch the natural surroundings), and end by exiting the south side of the park at the bottom of Atlantic Avenue.
MEET UP LOCATION:
We'll meet outside of the Clark Street Station (see pic below) in front of the Citi-Bike terminal and the Clark Market Plus.
