Mindful Movement with Josie
Every Third Friday | 4 PM – 5 PM
Join Josie for an hour of gentle intentional movement designed to support joint longevity enhance balance and increase flexibility. This class offers nourishing practices that are accessible to all—no prior experience or mobility level required. Josie’s approach emphasizes mindful awareness of the body making space for healing strength and greater ease in everyday movement. Most exercises can be done seated or modified as needed.
