Mindful Moments is a welcoming, down-to-earth mindfulness meditation group designed for people of all experience levels, ages 18 and up. We offer a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore mindfulness in a way that feels natural and accessible.We typically begin with a short guided mediation, followed by a few moments of silent sitting. Afterward, there is time gentle reflection, optional group sharing, and light discussion about everyday mindfulness tools you can use in your daily life.
Mindful Moments takes place on the third Tuesday of each month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at OutFront Kalamazoo. Please bring your own blanket, towel, cushion, yoga mat, or other items to sit comfortably on the floor. Some pillows will be available.
