About this Event
As the weekend begins, we gather in a space of intention and possibility — a space designed for clarity, rest, and renewal.
Join Laurel Day, founder and owner of Do Something Co. and Kara Markovich, sound therapist and co-founder of The Origami House, for a special Saturday experience blending guided visualization and immersive sound.
We’ll begin with visualization, gently inviting the mind to slow down and open to possibility. Laurel will guide you through a reflective journey designed to reconnect you with your most grounded, joyful self and explore what it feels like to live from that place more often. You’ll be invited to imagine not only the season ahead, but who you wish to become — and how you want to begin living from that place now, with clarity, intention, and ease.
From vision, we move into embodiment.
You’ll then be invited to rest into a full sound immersion led by Kara. Surrounded by soft textures and the resonant tones of gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and more, sound becomes a place to land. This portion of the experience supports deep relaxation, allowing the body and nervous system to integrate what has been envisioned and gently release into rest.
As you receive the sounds, there is nothing to do — only to rest and allow. Here, intentions can settle beneath conscious thought, creating space for insight, alignment, and the unfolding of what you’ve called in. This is an invitation to trust that who you are becoming can take shape with greater flow and less effort.
