About this Event
Begin with a meditation, followed by an unsighted contour drawing , to build on any visualizations. Then, move through a gentle restorative flow and finish off the afternoon with guided expressive drawing.

Chelsea Estevez is a fitness enthusiast who comes from a family of naturopathic, wellness, and yoga practitioners. She has been practicing yoga since 2005 and holds her RYT-200, Mat Pilates, and CPY YogaSculpt certifications. Chelsea is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment that encourages empowerment and self-discovery on and off the mat. She currently lives in Northern Virginia and is a yoga instructor at MoCA Arlington and Equinox.
Lindsay Mueller is an artist fascinated by the layered relationships humans have with outdoor spaces, especially those shaped by American tendencies to romanticize nature. She creates paintings inspired by local fragments of landscape, often incorporating sculptural elements in her process. Mueller holds bachelors degrees in Painting and Psychology from Boston University and an MFA in Visual Arts from American University. She currently lives in Northern Virginia and is an artist-in-residence at MoCA Arlington.
