Mindful Art After Dark is a monthly evening session for adults who want to slow down, switch off, and make something quietly, without pressure.This is a guided creative session using a simple, structured drawing practice combined with watercolour, allowing colour to move and settle naturally. You’ll be invited to add a word or short phrase if it feels helpful, treating words as just another material rather than something that needs explaining.
There’s no expectation to talk, share, or create anything “good”. You don’t need any art experience. Everything is provided. You just turn up and take part at your own pace.
This is a paid evening session, and ticket income helps fund our free community wellbeing workshops.
