Reset & Flow | Beach Edition

This is your invitation to start your Sunday differently. To step away from the routine, move your body, breathe deeply, and reconnect, in a way that feels light, energising, and fun.

We’ll begin the morning by the beach with a dynamic yoga flow designed to wake up the body, build a little heat, and leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and fully alive. Expect movement, rhythm, and that post-yoga glow, all with the sound of the waves in the background and an open view over the sea.

Practicing by the sea, under the open sky, brings a different kind of presence, one that’s hard to put into words, but easy to feel.

This edition is especially meaningful to me. This will be my final event in Portsmouth, making it a special one, a moment to celebrate, move, and close this chapter together. The ocean is where I feel most at home, and there’s no better place to share this moment and energy with you.

You’ll be welcomed with a ginger shot to kickstart the morning, and after the class, we’ll slow things down with a delicious, wholesome breakfast, time to relax, connect, and soak it all in.
