Mind, Spirit & Community Day
About this Event
Mind, Spirit & Community
Ember Health and St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Church are bringing clinicians, therapists, and faith leaders together for an afternoon panel on mental health, spirituality, and the support available right here in the neighborhood.
All are welcome in-person or online on Sunday, September 20, 2:00–3:00pm.
Panelists
- Tiffany Franke and Dr. Nico Grundmann, co-founders of Ember Health
- Nina Herzog, psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher
- Shale Maulana, therapist
- Dr. Joe Marlin, psychiatrist
The panel will be moderated by Rev. Brendan Nee, Associate Rector of St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Church.
The group will talk about where mental health and spirituality intersect, covering topics like mindfulness and prayer, how some patients fold religion and spirituality into their sessions at Ember, and ways we, as neighbors in our community, can support one another’s mental well-being. Opportunity for audience questions will follow.
Live-streamed on YouTube
The panel will be live-streamed on St. Ann’s YouTube channel. The audience Q&A following the panel discussion will not be streamed.
