Hustle Her & The Gentlemen Era Present: Mind Over Matter: Mental Health Awareness Event.

Hustle HER (Hustle Having Effective Reasons) is a lifestyle brand established in 2018 that embodies ambition, purpose, and resilience. Initially launched as an artist management company, it has since evolved to include both artist and project management—helping creatives and entrepreneurs bring their visions to life with structure and strategy. Our mission is to empower individuals to hustle with intention, provide structured project management solutions, and advocate for mental health awareness. We believe in balancing ambition with well-being and actively support mental health initiatives, including hosting a mental health awareness event last year. Through our brand, we aim to inspire others to pursue their goals with purpose and perseverance.

Similarly motivated by the need for empowerment and support, The Gentlemen Era emerged in 2024 as a space for men to connect, uplift, and grow. What started as a small group meeting monthly via conference calls for mental, fundamental, and moral support has evolved into a series of men’s dinners—offering a safe space for open conversations, venting, and shared experiences. Through these gatherings, we recognized a major gap in information, resources, and mentorship for young boys and men in our communities. Committed to bridging this divide, The Gentlemen Era fosters positive change by providing education, guidance, and open discussions about mental well-being.

Both Hustle HER and The Gentlemen Era share a dedication to purposeful hustle, resilience, and mental health advocacy—ensuring that individuals, regardless of gender, have the tools, support, and encouragement to thrive.
