Your Local Yoga Dealer Invites you to: Mind Full Yoga & Meditation Mondays and Wednesday evenings!
First class is August 4, 2025 at 7:00 PM - will continue twice weekly for the next 3 months.
Where: 376 40th St. Oakland, Ca 94609
60 mins of retorative yoga - with a little Vinyasa.
15 mins of guided meditation (w/ a little sprinkle of guided breathing exercises).
Start the week, then re-up mid week with a CLEAR mind, less muscle tension and happier. Save the distracting thoughts for later. Let's unwind, relax, and find our inner peace together.
No experience needed, just bring your positive vibes! All levels are welcomed!
