About the instructor:

Eric Mosley is a yoga and meditation teacher and founder of Black Mat Yoga. He believes that everyone, especially Black people, need to feel at home in their bodies. He consults with schools and brands to create safe spaces so folks can show up more fully and authentically. Eric is also a lululemon ambassador and has been featured in SELF Magazine and The New York Times.
