Reconnect with your body through gentle, mindful movement designed to release tension, build strength, and restore balance.

☕ 3:45 pm – Refreshment Break (15 mins)

Take a moment to relax, enjoy a drink or light snack, and connect with others.

🌿 4:00 pm – Reiki with Sophie

Experience deep relaxation as your energy is rebalanced and renewed.

🌸 4:45 pm – Introduction to Ayurveda

Explore holistic approaches to wellbeing and discover simple daily practices to bring harmony to body and mind.

✨ 5:00 pm – Closing Circle

Reflect, unwind, and enjoy a few special touches to end the afternoon feeling calm, centred, and refreshed.

Rebecca is a passionate Pilates instructor who believes in the power of movement to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and support overall wellbeing.

Ambreen is a compassionate CBT therapist dedicated to helping others overcome challenges and discover practical ways to nurture their mental wellbeing.

Sophie is a Reiki practitioner who draws inspiration from nature and loves nurturing people’s energy from the inside out.
