TOTALLY FREE WOMENS SELF-DEFENCE SEMINAR. Run by women for women. This will be run by our Female Instructor and her team NO MEN!Saturday, 17/01/26, 11.15am.
This is totally free, no drive to sign up to any classes, just simple yet highly effective self-defence techniques designed to protect against the real-world threats women face today taught by qualified women instructors.
In this empowering workshop, we’ll cover:
� Street safety and situational awareness
� Effective striking and kicking techniques
� Defending against violent attacks
� Sexual assault prevention and response
� Ground defence techniques
� Pressure and pain points of the human body
