Mind Body & Brew at K2

Join us for an hour of yoga in the beer garden at K2 Brothers Brewing followed by a beverage (check with the bartender for options). This class is taught in the beer garden at K2 on Empire Blvd! Bring a yoga mat and blanket or towel for padding. No experience is necessary to attend class and all adult yogis are welcome.

After class, we will enjoy a social hour together. Price of ticket includes the yoga class and one beverage: K2 Bros Brewing offers craft beer, cider, and NYS soda. Flights and cocktails are available for an additional fee.

Classes are led by Beth Cholette @YogiBethC and Sarah Yannello @rocfindyourpractice. You will be added to our e-newsletter once you purchase a ticket.
