Mind and Movement: Embrace Change ( Outdoor)
About this Event
Join us for a supportive outdoor wellness session designed to encourage mind–body awareness, emotional well-being, and connection through gentle movement and mindfulness practices.
Co-hosted by Emanuela Silvestri, Certified Personal Trainer & Doula, and Silvia Talamonti, Counsellor, MSc, RCC, this 75-minute session combines low-impact exercise, grounding techniques, guided breathing, psychosocial interaction, and reflective practices in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
This class is suitable for all levels and no previous experience is required. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and engage in activities according to their comfort level.

• This is an outdoor event; please dress appropriately for the weather.
• Washroom facilities and nearby parking are available in the area.
• Optional group sharing and discussion will be offered during the session.
• Participants will receive a Participant Agreement & PAR-Q form by email prior to the event.
