Milonga Picante w Carlos Moreno & Michelle Badion

This month for Milonga Picante we are pleased to host DJ and tango musician Carlos Moreno. Carlos has been dancing Argentine tango since 1997 and DJing since 2003. Drawing on decades of experience as a social dancer, teacher, performer, organizer, and tango musician, he creates milongas that are both familiar and fresh. His sets feature a foundation of beloved Golden Age orchestras, with modern and non-traditional selections added when they complement the mood. Carlos carefully shapes the energy of the room throughout the evening, creating a musical journey that keeps dancers connected, inspired, and eager for the next tanda.
As always, the evening begins with a fun half-hour ice-breaker class with Michelle Badion. It's a super fun way to learn one 'cool-move' and meet your dance friends.
