Mid-Michigan Spartans - Campus Events Planning Session

The Mid-Michigan Spartans are known for our campus events and tours. These experiences are possible because of the wonderful volunteers who help make them happen. If you have an interest in contributing ideas and volunteer-time to our adventures across MSU, this meeting is for you!
The current VP of Campus Events for the club, Mary Lou Nagy, will provide an overview of past events for attendees, share events planned for the future, and open the floor for ideas from attendees. This will be an informal discussion involving for up to 20 people. Keep in mind, the more events we plan, the more volunteers we need to help host experiences. Offering ideas that you're willing to help plan and host increases the chances of us offering the event in our line-up.
We will meet at the MSU Alumni Office's newly renovated space in the tower at Spartan Stadium. Jimmy John's sandwiches will be provided.
The Stadium Tower locks at 6:00 p.m. Please make a point to arrive between 6:15-6:30 p.m. Attendees will need to be let in the building and onto the elevator by a staff member with a badge. It's helpful if everyone arrives on time.
Parking is available in the lot on the West side of Spartan Stadium (Lot 61). This is an employee lot that is open to the public starting at 6 p.m. This lot is alongside the entrance to the tower where the original Spartan stands in the foyer, which is where participants will enter.
