About this Event
Metrics are either one of our most loved tools, or most reviled tools in advancement. Metrics may also be one of the more challenging topics in fundraising, as they’re both an essential tool and one that is often misused, damaging morale.
In this webinar, we will provide tips on utilizing metrics to not only build performance, but to utilize them to support the traits needed to support long-term, generous relationships: Collaboration. Engagement. Perseverance. Metrics can incentivize and reward each one of these.
We will share the KDD Philanthropy approach to metrics: Advancement leaders should create a system that incentivizes and celebrates performance, rather than a system that is punitive. Join us for an engaging discussion on utilizing metrics as performance enhancer, leading to stronger results for the individual and the institution!
