Join us this March as we step into the energy of spring, a season of renewal, creation, and transformation. This guided Breathwork & Sound Journey is an invitation to shed the layers of the past and step boldly into your most authentic self.
Like the caterpillar within its cocoon, winter has offered us a time of introspection, rest, and inner work. Now, as the seasons shift, we are called to emerge—transformed, vibrant, and aligned with our highest expression.
Through the practices of Breathwork, Reiki- Energy Clearing, Channeled Medicine Songs, and Sound Healing, we will honor this sacred process of metamorphosis, moving through what holds us back and embracing the beauty of becoming.
