Join Karlee Rose on Sunday, March 2nd from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness in Kelowna for a warm sound bath experience designed to help you release, renew, & transform. Set in a cozy, heated space, this experience uses the power of gentle warmth to relax muscles, deepen the breath, & enhance the flow of healing energy within.

Karlee will guide you through a transformative journey of sound using quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, harmonic instruments, light language & soulful intuitive singing. As the warm waves of sound wash over you, feel layers of tension melt away, making room for peace, clarity, & new intentions. The immersive vibrations help quiet the monkey mind, reconnect you with your body, regulate the nervous system & open a safe space for releasing old patterns, healing the past, & helping you receive your desires.

Prepare to feel grounded, refreshed, & open to your inner radiance. All are welcome, ages 10+ & no prior experience is needed.

Tickets are $35 per person or $60 for 2—please bring a mat, pillow, extra layers & any comforts to enhance your experience. Spaces are limited. We start promptly at 3:30 PM & you are welcome to come 10 minutes beforehand to get settled.
