NOTE TO ATTENDEES:
Please bring a water bottle and any props you need to be supported and comfortable sitting for about 30 minutes and lying down for an hour or more on the floor. It’s highly recommended to have thick padding (e.g. camping mat, lawn chair cushion or thick yoga mat), sleeping bag or blankets, and bolsters/pillows as desired—for sitting comfortably and under knees/head lying down. There are bolsters in the space for about half the group, so bring one if you have it. If you are choosing to sit in a chair, you are welcome to use one of ours.
