This is a three session Introduction to Buddhism class. It will start in January. It will be held on Jan 11th, 18th and 25th from 11:30 to 12:30. Attending all sessions is not required. We'll start with the lessons (sutras) of the Buddha and continue with the spread of Buddhism and its adaptation by various cultures. Each week will be a 50 minute class followed by 10 minutes of meditation.
