Kickstart your year with yoga basics, an energy cleanse, and Tarot-themed poses.
Each student will have the opportunity to pick a card that will help shape the flow of our class.
We'll do a gentle energetic shakeout and cleanse, and get a refresher on all things yoga.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Please dress for comfort and movement. If you have any yoga props like blocks, straps, blankets, etc., please bring them, too.
Questions are always highly encouraged! Our goal at Weird Flex is to have fun and feel empowered in our practice-whether it's your first class or your thousandth! Hope to see you there!
