This class is in the brand new Rooted Wellness MOV location, in the upper level of The Vault building.
Explore the root chakra energy center of our bodies, through yoga. We'll be focused on poses and breathing that taps into our sense of groundedness and personal power.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Please dress for comfort and movement. If you have any yoga props like blocks, straps, blankets, etc., please bring them, too. Questions are always highly encouraged!
Our goal at Weird Flex is to have fun and feel empowered in our practice-whether it's your first class or your thousandth!
