Metal Yoga at Windowmaker Brewing (In Brighton location!)

Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels Metal yoga! Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle. Bring your friends!

This will be all levels class held inside the Widowmaker Taproom in Brighton! We'll flow to a curated playlist to the sound of Windhand, Black Sabbath, Monolord and MORE! No props will be needed except a mat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.
