Merdeka Table : A Nusantara Buffet High Tea

August is a special month across Nusantara, with Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia each celebrating their Independence Days.

To commemorate the occasion, we’re bringing everyone together around one table for a special Nusantara High Tea Buffet at Kopi Bar & Bakery.

Join Chef Nora Haron for a morning celebrating the traditional foods, flavors and cultures that connect our region. For this celebration, we’re keeping the food traditional. Expect a generous buffet of savory favorites, colorful kueh and sweets, with plenty of kopi and teh tarik.

And come dressed for the occasion!

Wear your Baju Kurung, Kebaya, Batik, Baju Melayu, Sarong, Songket or your favorite traditional Nusantara attire. Traditional attire is encouraged, but never required. Come as you are and celebrate with us.
