Info: Tonia Lott is a mental health advocate, author, and founder of Healing Out Loud L.L.C. She is dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, depression, and suicide, particularly within the Black community. Her deeply personal memoir, My Beautiful Black Son Died by Suicide, chronicles the loss of her son, Julian, and sheds light on the silent struggles many face.

Info: AnneMoss Rogers is the author of Diary of a Broken Mind and Emotionally Naked: A Teacher's Guide to Preventing Suicide and Recognizing Students at Risk. She has had an impact on mental health and suicide prevention, particularly through her personal journey of losing her son, Charles, to suicide in 2015.
