D9 Literature Festival

D9 Literature Festival is a FREE event designed for readers and writers of all ages, from young children to seasoned book lovers. Whether you're into fantasy, mystery, romance, nonfiction, or anything in between, there will be something for everyone. These books were written by members of the Divine nine community.

The festival will include publisher booths, author exhibits, author discussions, live interviews with authors.

The festival will be vended by D9 authors ONLY but the public can attend, meet with your favorite D9 authors, purcahse items and support their products.

Festival will be marketed to Authors, Publishers, bookstores, book clubs, PANHEL, libraries and the community.

In addition, local media will be apprised of event, and it will be aggressively marketed through social media.

African American fraternities and sororities, commonly called the Divine Nine, and also referred to as Black Greek Letter Organizations (BGLOs)

Alpha Phi Alpha, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Kappa Alpha Psi, Omega Psi Phi, Delta Sigma Theta, and Zeta Phi Beta, Phi Beta Sigma, Sigma Gamma Rho, and Iota Phi Theta
