Forest Hill Trail

We’re back for Hike #3, and this time we’re keeping it local with a scenic, tree-lined adventure through Forest Hill Park Trail in Richmond, VA!

Join us on Saturday, September 6th at 8:30 AM for a refreshing and empowering morning hike. Please arrive by 8:15 AM sharp so we can begin together and make the most of the experience.

This trail offers a peaceful blend of wooded paths, gentle inclines, and a beautiful view of the creek. It’s perfect for all levels of hikers looking to move, connect, and reset before the weekend.

Distance: ~3.2 miles🟢 Difficulty Level: Easy to Moderate

• Mostly flat with some natural terrain and light inclines
• Suitable for beginners and experienced hikers alike
• Family and dog-friendly (leashes required)

Free parking is available at Forest Hill Park near the Stone House (4021 Forest Hill Ave). Arrive early to secure a good spot.

• Bathrooms are available near the park
• Cell service is generally reliable
• Feel free to bring light snacks or fuel for after the hike
• We will hike at a steady, inclusive pace to support all fitness levels
• The required hike waiver is available in our Linktree. Please complete it before the hike

• Comfortable hiking shoes
• Water bottle (hydration is key!)
• Bug spray & sunscreen
• Optional: Small backpack, hat or sunglasses, light snack, walking stick
• Most importantly: A positive attitude and open heart
