About this Event
Mental Health and The Serenity of Fishing
Mental Health & The Serenity of Fishing is a one-day immersive wellness experience designed for men seeking clarity, growth, and intentional brotherhood.
This is not just about fishing.
It’s about alignment.
On March 14, we gather at International Park to combine structured mental wellness workshops with the restorative power of nature.
The experience includes:
• Practical tools for stress regulation
• Conversations around leadership and emotional awareness
• Guided reflection
• A restorative fishing experience
Fishing teaches patience.
It teaches timing.
It teaches presence.
And often, breakthrough happens in stillness.
This experience is for men who are ready to slow down, think clearly, and grow intentionally.
Space is limited.
Be intentional.
Note: This is an educational wellness experience and does not constitute therapy or establish a therapeutic relationship.
