Master Movement and Expression at Art in Motion Workshop

Art in Motion is an immersive, sensory experience where movement becomes art. This guided yet expressive journey blends breathwork, yoga-inspired flow, and free movement to explore the connection between the body, creativity, and self-expression.

We will begin with an intentional breathwork session designed to ground the body, quiet the mind, and open the door to freedom and flow. From there, participants will move through structured and open movement practices, using the body as a tool to create art directly on canvas. This experience invites you to release control, explore sensation, and express emotion through motion.

⚠️ Please Note:
This is a hands-on, body-based art experience. Participants will be using their bodies to create art and will get messy.

• Ages 18+ only
• Wear clothing you are comfortable getting paint on
• Expect to get paint on your skin and clothing
• All art materials and canvas are provided
• Each participant will take their painted canvas home as a personal keepsake of the experience

Art in Motion is not about perfection — it is about presence, expression, and allowing the body to guide the art. Come prepared to move, explore, create, and leave with both a physical artwork and a deeper connection to your creative flow.
