Mental Elf is back for 2024 on Sunday 1 December at the War Memorial Park! A Festive 5k Fun Run dressed as elves for mental health. All proceeds go to support the vital services within Coventry and Warwickshire Mind.Grab your Eager Elf tickets today!
Mental Elf is a unique event which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise but to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others. It’s an inclusive event, accessible and open to all ages and abilities, and of course, Christmas fancy dress is very much encouraged.
What does a ticket include?
- A place in the Mental Elf 5k 2024 and a victory medal
- Free warm-up session with a trainer from no other than David Smith aka The Mindset Soldier
