Men Like Us is a community for LGBTQ+ men who are looking for something deeper than the spaces we're often told connection should happen in.

Many of us know what it's like to feel disconnected, to outgrow certain social scenes, or to want more meaningful conversations and relationships with other men.

This gathering is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and spend time with like-minded men in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

We'll begin with a private sauna experience at Rise Sauna, where we'll explore simple breathwork techniques and guided mindfulness practices designed to help regulate the nervous system, build presence, and encourage a deeper connection to ourselves.

The first part of the session will include periods of quiet reflection, allowing everyone to settle into the experience at their own pace. There will also be space to enjoy the sauna, cold exposure, and the morning as you choose.

Afterwards, we'll head next door to Two Brothers Brew for coffee, toasties, and conversation.

No workshops.

No pressure.

No need to be anything other than yourself.

Just a group of men sharing space, conversation, and community.
