Memorial Day Weekend Sound Bath at Chatfield

Step away from the noise of the holiday weekend and into a more intentional rhythm.

This guided outdoor sound journey takes place at Chatfield State Park along a quieter stretch of the South Platte River at Chatfield State Park, where the natural surroundings and the resonance of crystal singing bowls come together to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset.

This is not a drop-in or come-and-go event. It is a pre-booked, small-group experience designed to create a more grounded and intentional container, offering space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect away from the busier energy of Memorial Day weekend.

We will begin by gathering at a designated meeting location before walking together to our riverside space. This walk becomes part of the experience, allowing you to transition out of your day and into a more present, settled state.

• Around 7:15 PM – Walk back

• Yoga mat, blanket, or something comfortable to lie on
• Water
• Layers for warmth
• Anything that helps you feel supported and at ease

• This is a pre-registered event and not drop-in
• Please arrive on time, as the group will walk in together
• Late arrivals may not be able to join once the group has departed
• A short walk is required; terrain may be uneven in some areas
• Exact meeting location and directions will be provided after registration
• Due to the holiday weekend, the park may be busier than usual, please allow extra time for parking and entry
• Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future event if needed
