An afternoon to soften, settle, and come back to yourself.
Join Nancy for a 90-minute group Biofield Tuning experience that uses the sound and vibration of tuning forks to invite relaxation, grounding, and a sense of balance.
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and a connection to the Earth Star and Sun Star chakras, inviting a feeling of rootedness and connection. Nancy will then guide a collective tuning session, working with the group’s shared intention to explore energetic patterns and emotions. A closing sequence will offer time for integration and reflection.
Throughout the experience, you’ll rest on a mat, sitting or lying down. There’s nothing to perform or figure out—simply breathe, listen, and notice what arises.
Please bring whatever helps you feel comfortable resting on the floor, such as a pillow, blanket, or bolster.
This circle is exclusively for Founder’s Key members and is included with your membership. Open to adults ages 18 and older. No previous experience with energy healing is necessary.
