Presentation: Master Planning: From Insight to Impact**
Our presenters this month are Candice Barter and Michael Pednault with Lavallee Brensinger Architects, and Jacoby Johnson with Redington-Fairview General Hospital.
Master Planning is a process that analyses clinical data using metrics with ancedotal information, such as staff and patient satisfaction, while remaining keen on future projections. This presentation shares their story on how a large Medical Office Building addition was born from a campus-wide Master Planning effort, highlighting:
-Use of Master Planning to define strategic, actionable paths forward
-Implement action items to align with priorities
-Refining Master Planning to stay up-to-date on changing needs, goals and priorities

We will share our latest Master Planning efforts at the hospital before going on a Hard Hat tour of the new building under construction, so please bring your jobsite PPE (hard hat, closed-toe shoes, safety vest, safety glasses, etc.)!
