Join a Meewasin Interpreter on a beautiful, silent morning walk through Beaver Creek Conservation Area in this FREE experience! ☀️
Connect to the beauty of nature on a silent morning walk through the open prairie vistas and forested creek valley. This small-group, interpreter-guided walk, includes sit-spot practice, reflection time, mindfulness, and a great opportunity to unplug!
This two-hour guided expereince begins at the Interpretive Center with a brief discussion on the ecology and history of Beaver Creek. Thereafter, the small group will head out on the trail in silence, during which there will be a pause for quiet reflection and journaling. Following the hike, you will have the opportunity to share about your expereince.
Silent Walks are free of charge or by donation, and take place on one of the loveliest and lesser-traveled trails at Beaver Creek. This expereince offers particpants an opportunity to connect to this much-loved Meewasin Valley site in a unique and special way.
